Meet our founder, Becky Warkentin
Born and raised in Saskatchewan, I spent my youth working on the family farm and my father's business. With a Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Professional Management Certificate from the University of Calgary, I have navigated a diverse career path through industries such as agriculture, construction, and finance. By the age of 28, I had launched a wind turbine business, marking my first venture into entrepreneurship.
My passion for numbers has always been a driving force in my career, bordering on what some might consider an obsession. From creating data forms at various jobs to performing detailed analyses at a concrete company, I have consistently found myself drawn to the world of data.
My extensive experience across multiple business areas has given me a deep understanding of organizational needs at every level. This broad perspective is crucial in my current role, where I integrate business strategy with data management to optimize operational efficiency and software utility.
I designed Amplify with a dual focus: enhancing the specialties, goals, and competencies of our clients while empowering skilled, ambitious women. By facilitating the perfect combination, we drive success and efficiency in every partnership.
